Can I manage multiple buildings?
Yes! Our Starter plan and above support multiple buildings with room-level tracking. You can assign staff to specific buildings and search request history by room.
How do I invite my team?
Admins can invite team members by email from the Team Management page. Each invitation includes a role assignment (requester, maintenance, tech, or admin).
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use Supabase with Row Level Security, ensuring data isolation between organizations. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. See our Data Security page for more details.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Admins can export all request data as CSV or JSON from the dashboard. We believe in data portability.
Do you offer an API?
Our Enterprise plan includes API access with key-based authentication and webhook integrations for real-time event notifications.
