By accessing or using RepairRequest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

RepairRequest provides a cloud-based maintenance request management platform for organizations. Features include request submission, assignment, tracking, reporting, and team management.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to access data belonging to other organizations, interfering with the service, or using the platform for unlawful purposes.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to RepairRequest. We do not claim ownership of your content. We process your data only as necessary to provide the service.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period to export your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

RepairRequest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
